PDX FC announces Terrell Lowe as 1st player commitment for 2019
Terrell Lowe has officially committed to join PDX FC for the 2019 NPSL season. Lowe, a player who at just 20 years of age brings professional and international experience, will undoubtedly be one of the marquee signings in the NPSL Northwest division.
Lowe joins PDX FC after spending the past two seasons with the Portland Timbers 2 of the United Soccer League, while he has also earned caps with the United States U14, U17, and U19 national teams. Terrell initially made his debut with the Portland Timbers 2 as a fifteen-year-old, when he appeared as a substitute during a 3-1 victory over the Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2 on August 17, 2015.
Lowe played one year of collegiate soccer at the University of Virginia before turning pro and signing a professional contract with the Timbers 2 in May of 2017. While at Virginia, he was named to the ACC All-Freshman Team and the All-ACC Academic Team.
"We are thrilled to add a player with Terrell's experience to our 2019 roster. At just 20 years of age he has so much upside to his career. He is going to be very exciting to watch in a PDX FC jersey this season" said PDX FC Head Coach Luke Babson.
